Over the counter HIV tests could soon be available in Australia

An HIV test that can be purchased without a prescription could soon be available in Australia, allowing people to privately get a result within 15 minutes. CEO of Australian company Atomo Diagnostics, John Kelly, said he was hoping Atomo would become the first to sell HIV tests directly to consumers in Australia, so people don’t have to go to clinics and potentially wait days for a result.
